"ESP Certification?"

Obtaining ESP Certification is the first step in successfully applying for ESP.  All Resumes are extensively reviewed and screened by the ESP Resume Review Team and those resumes that are ESP Quality and Match our Current List of Openings will be contacted for further analysis.  Once the ESP Resume Review team has discussed an appropriate position with a qualified candidate, and there is mutual interest, ESP will then Certify the Resume and move forward on presenting the resume to an employer for that particular position.
